Every lot goes through a multipoint check before it reaches the block — and the checklist is matched to what it actually is. A motorhome, a motorcycle and an excavator are not judged against the same sheet.
Documented, not described
Photographs of every angle, and the VIN, HIN or serial number on record — plus a history report wherever one exists for that class of lot. What you see in the listing is what you are bidding on.
Verified sellers
Sellers are identity-checked and their business credentials reviewed before a single lot of theirs goes live. We accept a small fraction of applicants.
Tracked to your door
Delivery is arranged and tracked on a live map from collection to arrival, with a condition report signed at both ends.

You have the right to check the lot against its listing when it arrives, before you accept it.

If what arrives materially differs from the listing, buyer protection applies and we work to a resolution.

Frequently asked questions
Is every lot BID+, or only some of them?
Every one. BID+ is not a tier you upgrade to — it is the condition of being listed here at all. If a lot has not been through the inspection, it does not go on the site, so there is no such thing as a non-BID+ listing to compare against.
Does BID+ mean the lot is guaranteed fault-free?
No. The inspection records the condition observed on the date it was carried out — it is a report, not a warranty. Lots are sold as-is, and anything the inspection found is written in it for you to read before you bid.
You auction more than cars. Is the inspection the same for everything?
No, and it should not be. Each category has its own checklist: a motorhome is checked for roof seals, LP gas and house batteries; a boat for hull integrity, the jet pump and the bilge; heavy equipment for hydraulics, undercarriage and ROPS certification; a motorcycle for chain, forks and both brakes independently. Running one generic sheet across all of them would be worth nothing.
Who carries out the inspection?
Our own mechanical inspector, whose name and certification number appear on every report. The report is signed and dated.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Buyer protection covers a lot that materially differs from its listing — undisclosed major damage, a wrong VIN or serial number, specifications that do not match. It is not a change-of-mind return. The full terms are on the Money-Back Guarantee page.
What happens if I win and do not pay?
A deposit is due within the period stated when you win or use Buy It Now. If it is not received, the hold is released and the lot returns to auction with the existing bids intact. Nothing is charged to you automatically.
